Underworld @ Jilly's provides its service to you subject to the following terms of use. Underworld @ Jilly's website management will inform you of updated terms of use through your Underworld @ Jilly's members' login.
To access the members' area you will choose a username and password for the member's account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. You are fully and legally responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Underworld @ Jilly's website management of any unauthorized use of your member's account or any other security breach. You are responsible for logging out at the end of each session. Neither Underworld @ Jilly's website management nor criticalstop nor Fælix Consultancy Services will be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these basic security practices.
Given that you are wholly responsible for all actions of your member's account, you may not use the Underworld @ Jilly's service to engage in any illegal or anti-social behaviour. For the purposes of law, the Underworld @ Jilly's service is based in the United Kingdom mainland. Anti-social and illegal behaviour includes, but is not limited to: threats, abuse, harassment, defamation, vulgarity, obscenity, libel, slander, invasion of privacy, impersonation, patent/trademark/copyright/et cetera infringement, unsolicited bulk email (UBE or spam), computer virii or trojans or other files/programs designed to tamper with computer equipment, stalking and collecting personal data about other members.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any content sent from you to or via the Underworld @ Jilly's service is legal both in the originating country and mainland UK, and additionally does not constitute as "anti-social" as described in the previous paragraph.
To the maximum extent permissible by applicable laws, you agree to indemnify and hold Underworld @ Jilly's, Jilly's, 65 Oxford Street management, Fælix Consultancy Services, criticalstop and their employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Underworld @ Jilly's service, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
Underworld @ Jilly's, Jilly's, 65 Oxford Street management, Fælix Consultancy Services and criticalstop reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any services provided by Underworld @ Jilly's. You agree that none of the aforementioned parties shall be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of service.
You agree that Underworld @ Jilly's website management may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your members' account and any subsidiary services. Cause for such a termination includes, but is not limited to breach or violation of these Terms of Use; requests by law enforcement or other authorised government bodies; a request by you; unexpected technical problems; extended periods of inactivity. You agree that neither Underworld @ Jilly's nor Jilly's, 65 Oxford Street management nor Fælix Consultancy Services nor criticalstop shall be liable to you or to any third party for termination of service.
Underworld @ Jilly's, Jilly's, 65 Oxford Street management, Fælix Consultancy Services and criticalstop are not responsible for the availability of external sites or resources linked to from Underworld @ Jilly's, and do not endorse or accept responsibility for their content. You agree that neither Underworld @ Jilly's nor Jilly's, 65 Oxford Street management nor Fælix Consultancy Services nor criticalstop shall be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused with any such external content.
