Opening times: The Underworld is open every Friday from 9pm-3:30/4am, occasionally staying open until the building's closing time of 7am. The benefit of the club having an all-nighter in Room 2 (playing rock/metal/some dance) is that if you're stuck for transport in the wee hours of the morning, you can stay all night and get the first train/bus at 7.
Membership: Membership is free - forms are available from the ticket office, or are sometimes scattered on tables. Being a member gets you entry for £1 less, and occasional flyers in the post for free entry for you and ten mates. Oh, and free alcohol on your birthday.
